Also, I think GT3 and MTS3 and ICO were a few example of Excellent examples of changes seen in "next gen"

Are we Expecting too much from next gen? has all they hype overshadowed reaity.

Possibly but think about the change in hardware, from x86 and an nvidia gpu to powerpc and ati gpu, the first gen games will look pretty cool but barely scratch the surface of what the hardware is capable...

It hasn't been confirmed, but it is highly likely that the Xbox 360 will be backwards compatible

^ i think it was confirmed... cause they were using nvidia b4 and now its ati so they would break there agreement with nvidia so it wont be backwards compatible...

Yes it cant record DVDs. If it had that feature, piracy would be even easier.
