What about windows 2000 and wndows 2003 ? installation instructions not fixed ?

this file [895181 and 919071] is not multi-lingual

I confirm for Italian release... these files are not international

Please can somebody tell me if this letters are allowed in the translation and if not, is it possible to replace this letters by their DOS equivalent ? Below is the list of normal and DOS characters :

?=Š ; ?=… ; ?=‚ ; ?=ˆ ; ?=“ ; ?=‡ ; ?=™

No, it doesn't work. Sorry for having posted for nothing before having tried it myself. But can anyone tell me what is the characters equivalent table to transform my accents like I use to do with batch scripts ? Or would it be only available with the next version of the AutoPatcher program (v6) ? Or maybe can you just tell me what's the programming software you used to build the AutoPatcher app (sorry but I'm not a developer) so I would try to find this characters conversion table by myself.

Ce sera une version fran?aise qui prendra en compte toutes les versions francophones existantes : France, Belgium, Cameroon, Canada, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Haiti, Luxembourg, Mali, Monaco, Morocco, North Africa, Reunion, Senegal, Switzerland & West Indies.

Apul & Korgul, prenez votre mal en patience. Ca demande beaucoup de temps mais je suis dessus ? temps plein, justement, depuis hier. C'est surtout long parce que j'essaie vraiment de vous faire ?a bien (et que j'ai des moyens c?r?braux limit?s aussi). Mais j'aime pas b?cler le boulot ! ;-D

Je vous tiens ?videmment au courant. A bient?t.

Hi there.. im planning to make the spanish translation for autopatcher.. is it in development?, id already done? or can i begin with it?.. ehat should i do.. any recommnedations?

I already downloaded all the documents from the first page of this topic, the only thing i couldnt yet download is the pack from megaupload..

DotNET Framework Multilingual All-in-one Installers Construction Kit

There was some bugs in the MSDN forums version of "netfxsp1.exe" and there was no tool to rebuild this install package in your own language. Now you just have to download the files corresponding to your Windows LCID.

All the files, links and instructions you need are joined in the archive. Here is a copy of one of the netfxsp1 "Instructions.txt" files to see how easy it is :

Instructions

Launch the links in your default Web browser.
You just have to go in the ?Choisir une autre langue? menu and to choose your own language. 
Download the 4 setup files and, if a file name is different than its corresponding link 
name, so rename the file as following :

DotNET 1.1 -> dotnetfx.exe
Service Pack 1 -> NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe
Service Pack 1 Update -> NDP1.1sp1-KB886903-X86.exe
DotNET 1.1 Language Pack -> langpack.exe

Copy this 4 files into the "\FRAMEWORK" folder and edit the content of the "dnpatch.txt" to
delete the obsolete english shortcuts located in your "Start Menu\Administrative Tools" 
folder. Short instructions are inside. 2 command lines : it's so easy !

The last steps will be automatically completed by launching "Start.bat"

That's all ! Your customized "netfxsp1.exe" file will be created in the same folder as "Start.bat"

And for those who want to add Firefox to their AutoPatcher personal pack, you could extract the "MozFF1506.exe" file content with 7zip. Sorry but the description is in french, it's anyway easy to understand but you could use Google to translate it (French>English). Don't forget to customize the localisation files (replace fr.xpi with your own one, the mzcv pack must be in your language and you'll still have to build a complete user profile in your own language with BackupFox, extract the profile with 7zip and build your own "profiles.exe" SFX). 2 hours of work...

How do i test my spanish translation in a windows XP english (locale 1033) system.. is it possible or i should test it as the documentation says in a clean installation of windows in the language of the translation?

you need to do it in a spanish copy of windows, preferably a fresh install

The best way is to do it with a virtual machine that allows you to run an other Windows (or Linux) session in your current session. It was createdd by developers to test their programs with different environments or OSes. See VMWare or M$ Virtual PC.

The same build as Firefox but for Opera. Sorry, I used a combination of UHARC and NSIS scripts so you'll can decompile it to adapt the content to your language. Ask me if you want the sources.
