I think you will find it's called "Mail Beta".

Beta Butterfly is an all year round beta program for numerous MSN products, it doesn't stop or start. Only the butterflies get to do this "Mail Beta". If you're a butterfly you should know this :\

Good heavens - neither. Registering unto itself leads to nothing. Only register if you receive an invitation to a beta program.

Just out of interest (and off topic!!) are the Longhorn invites still going out?
