it looks like Microsoft has finally decided to give an option to put a copy of your mail in the "sent mail box", well atleast from the looks of it....

I really really need that option....Can't keep clicking on a check box every time I send out an email.

it starts out with 2 GB of email storage and plans are to have it adjust as you need the space.

Now thats a good idea. Some people won't use 1 MB of storage, while others will use up almost all their given space (which is tough with even 1 GB of storage though). It all depends on the user, so it will keep costs for them down while giving space to those who need it.

hehe, I fail at beta testing. when they asked me what e-mail address I wanted to use I typed <name> instead of <name>@hotmail.com. I bet "Gary's machine" is sitting there laughing at me saying "Hehe, silly noob, even I knew it was @NOSPAM dot hotmail dot com . . ."

Why don't they offer pop3 for free, so many others do and I used to love Hotmail when I could access it through outlook without paying for something all the other do :(

Google does, and as Google does MS does, so there's an increasing chance that they will, but don't hold your breath. The best we ever got (back to my memory in the late '90's) was that poor-man's POP3 -- WebDAV Outlook/OE access-- and as you know, they even pulled that for the majority of accounts. And I'm not sure "so many others" offer POP3 with their free services, and by "others" I presume you're talking about Hotmail competitors, not your ISP. Yahoo doesn't, at least in the U.S. Who else besides Google?

Jase: Seriously?
