Gaaa the stupidity of people make me mad. Appearantly theres alot of people in my area infected with it, my entire cable compony's network went down for like 4 hours and I assumed it was cause of this but I called them anyway just to see what they'd say and they confirmed it was.

Ah, MSNBC. That would be pretty funny. Although unlikely. I saw a computer crash on ABC 7 News (locally) yesterday.

MSNBC's tech department is top-notch. That's where I heard about the virus, more than THREE DAYS AGO. This just makes CNN look like a bunch of fools.

As for FOX News, I could see it now:

According to CNN 20 minutes ago, There's more than 100 companies are affected. :blink:

El Mundo (Spain): Reports late this morning indicated the Zotob worm had hit computers on Capitol Hill, several schools in Scotland and those of several media organizations, including CNN.

Yea, Google will block your IP for running certain automated queries. They introduced it after the whole phpBB2 worm, which searched for victims uisng google.

Figured it out. Some monkey on our LAN was running SEO software that was hammering Google to check for links.
