I was trying to find a way to simplify the car, maye vectorize it. It is just a basic concept i need to refine

that's cool. I meant no disrespect. I think if you vectorized it and kept the colours simple (don't make the text a gradient, keep it solid white) it would look superb (Y)

^No offense mate they look like they've came off the 1990 Lorry, you know with the big bevelled look. I aint giving you any stick but I'd tone it down a bit and use something less in your face. Like softness for a logo and not so OTT.

The one that uses the Porsche silhouette (It looks like one anyway sorry if it isn't) is pretty nice, and I like that one the most upto now! So whoever did that good work.

Again, thanks again everybody.

I think I have to disagree with you there also. Amateur? You mean like this?

hey, looking back, ye i can see that was not good. but hey, we live and learn. it was my firs logo and im new to photoshop. however, that still doesnt meant i cant have an opinion on what looks nice!

Well, it's not as if I'm a pro, so where exactly did I not meet expectations..? :p

m8, i wasnt trying to be horrible, and yes, it probalby is better than anything i could do. i just felt it looked slightly dwarfed in comparison to the high calibre designs that were being churned out here.

again, no offence. :)

Yeah, they're both on a black background, so they're practically identical. You're a genius.

^ hahahahaha. t!t :-)

Don't laugh, tell us how the two logos you just compared are similar. I'd love to hear that. Here's the answer: They don't even look anywhere near the same. Otherwise the Samsung-Logo would be similar to those two as well. PLEASE just stop posting in this thread, you're being completely ridiculous with your accusations. And by the way: It's none of your business anyway.

i cant believe that a man of your aristics calibre (YES, i do think your work is awesome) is unable to receive critisism without being down right rude to the person who is giving it. I bet if you slid the over inflated stick from within your @ss, down a few notches then you'd actually be a nice guy. im sorry, but I AM allowed an opnion here. And f you think that only your opnion counts, then you sir are an eliteist bafoon.

good day

I'm sorry ... but if your opinion is that logo looks anything like the Jaguar logo you need your eyes tested.

    • Google Gemini co-lead Noam Shazeer is leaving for OpenAI by Pradeep Viswanathan Noam Shazeer is best known as one of the co-authors of the 2017 “Attention Is All You Need” paper, which introduced the Transformer architecture that now powers most large language models. He also worked on several major Google AI projects, including LaMDA, before leaving the company in 2021 to co-found Character.AI. He also authored the Sparsely-gated Mixture of Experts (2016) paper, which is popular among the AI community. After falling behind OpenAI and Anthropic a couple of years ago, Google brought Shazeer back in 2024 as part of a major deal with Character.AI. Through this deal, along with Noam, several other researchers returned to Google DeepMind. More recently, he was a vice president of engineering at Google and a technical co-lead for Gemini. Today, Noam Shazeer announced on X that he is leaving Google and joining OpenAI. In his post, Shazeer said it was a difficult decision to move on, adding that he was proud of the Google team and what it had built together. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman welcomed the move with a post of his own, saying Shazeer was one of the people he had most wanted to work with since OpenAI’s early days. Google has made strong progress with Gemini over the past year, closing the gap with OpenAI in several areas. But losing Noam Shazeer is a major talent setback for them, especially after bringing him back less than two years ago by spending a fortune. For OpenAI, the hire adds one of the industry’s most experienced language model researchers to a team that is already pushing ahead with ChatGPT, Codex, and its next generation of frontier models.
