as crazy as this thread and that site may be i just found this for the titanic, http://www.revisionism.nl/Titanic/Titanic1.htm - sorry if someone already put this in this thread but i dont have time to go back on the other pages...

A cash reward of $100,000 has been offered to anyone who can send us, by e-mail, conclusive physical evidence of the existence of the moon. This reward remains unclaimed.

Can you prove that the moon exists? Write to us at: [email protected]

Umm... Look in the sky at night. Now send my money.

Tides, Telescopes, Lunar eclipses and Solar eclipse say otherwise. I'm sorry but I don't see how anyone could believe this.

If it was some kind of balloon it would not have enough gravitational pull and then we would not have our tides.

No way there could be something that big and that much detail made by the government, get a good telescope and look at it closely.

If you can prove that Tides, Telescopes, Lunar eclipses and Solar eclipse can be made by something else then I might consider the moon is fake.

The tide myth is one of the oldest and most absurd lies that the Lunar establishment has tried to push on a gullible world. Do they really expect us to believe that the moon - an object that allegedly resides at an average distance of 240,000 miles from the earth - has the power, from that distance, to lift how many billions of cubic meters of water?

Do an experiment: take a rubber ball and suspend it above a bathtub full of water. Now slowly move the ball closer to the water. Does the level of the water change? Not even slightly. So much for the tides myth.

The clouds are considerably closer to the moon, and much lighter than the oceans. One would imagine that if the moon had the power to raise the oceans, this same force would cause the clouds to go flying into space, yet this does not happen. This proves that the tides story is physically impossible.

Can this guy be any more stupid? Yes everything makes gravity but a rubber ball makes almost no gravity compared to earth, when your have the full force of earths gravity the gravity of a rubber ball is not going to do anything! but taking that same earth gravitational pull vs the moon that weighs 7.3477?1022 kg now you might actually see something. I can't even go into how much is wrong with this so called "experiment" and I'm only 18.

And about the clouds he almost answered it himself, clouds are very light. Gravitational pull has to with the weight of two objects and the distance between them meaning there is going to be a very small pull on them from the moon, Also there are different atmosphere levels that stop things like clouds from going above a certain point. Also the Earth is something like 81 times the size of the moon so it's gravitational pull is much bigger and would pull the clouds to us with a much stronger force.

This guy has obviously never taken any Physics courses, because he dose not understand that every single thing around that rubber ball and that tub of water is applying gravity to the tub of water. Probably the most idiotic thing about this is how he says we have no hard proof that the moon exists, and then he goes off saying things without any proof.

I feel sorry for the original poster to believe this.

OP was satire, which was covered later on in this thread. Please read first.

    • Yeah, this is absolutely nothing new and EA have done it before. Burnout Paradise, released in 2008, had dynamic advertising billboards that were updated via the internet and targeted people based on location and what EA knew about them from their profile. It was particularly notable for the fact that the Obama presidential campaign ran ads in the game, in an attempt to reach a younger audience who didn't watch broadcast TV any more. It was by no means the first though. Battlefield 2142 from 2006 had the same thing. In fact, Neowin wrote a story about it back then. https://www.neowin.net/news/ba...-in-game-ads-clarification/
    • This is obviously aimed at the education where Apple has lost so much ground to Chromebooks in the last few years, but unless they come up with a comparable management system for education why would anyone switch back?
    • Here's how we arrived at that claim: Note that this is just Play Store downloads. The app is also available on the Galaxy App Store
    • Google Play states the app had more than 50 million downloads. What other metric do you suggest should be used?
