How can you live with all that dust under your table? I would go insane, especially if that was in my bedroom.

What are those two hubs coming out of each side of your desk? Are those the Lacie USB/Firewire Hubs? Or are they a variation?

I'm remodeling our 97 yr old house right now so it's kinda hard to not find dust everywhere......

and for the person that was wondering if that was a window in to the kitchen....yep it is. That's actually the corner of our dining room. That area is eventually going to be a breakfast nook connecting the dining room & kitchen.

Oh, and Yes. That's a usb 2.0 hub on the left & a clock on the right. I told 'ya. I got too much crap. You can barely see my wireless/wired router & cable/telephony modem behind the monitor & phone

LMAO yeah the desk is weak, but hey I got it for free so I'm not complaining.

Where did you get that desk from? / what desk is it? Thanks in advance.

The desk was given to me by my gf. She bought it at Fry's Electronics last year.

is that an isight under the moniter?

Yes that is an iSight and yes it works on XP. Just need a little bit of inf hacking and no problem

Nice iSight and Monitor and Case and desk lol :p

I really like im stuck between the decision of MacBook Pro 15" or the 24" Dell Monitor.

Personally, I think the ability to watch movies on such a huge monitor, the ability to have lots of windows open next to each other....you get the idea, is better than the Mac...it really depends what you want to use each for.

    • "...a low price of just $340..." I don't think it means what you think it means.
    • This Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 32GB RAM with RGB is a great deal for limited time by Sayan Sen Memory prices have been through the roof for a while, though it seems like things might finally be getting better. • The very fact that a TPM (v2.0 specifically which is part of the issue I suspect) is now a baseline for any supported Windows installation will naturally mean other vendors will start to leverage it as they know it'll be there. It's called progress, and it's always been the way. A TPM isn't a windows thing, it's just a module designed to securely store keys. Secure boot isn't a Windows thing (although MS are the TCA as I recall hence the upheaval this year as the 2011 certs expire), it's just a way to verify a bootloader is signed. Windows simply leverages them.
    • It's a local account with the ability to reset a password at a very base level. I really don't get the issue that gets whipped up around it But you do you
