Well Dark Knight is the only other film since Star Wars 1977 that I have seen twice at the pictures.

I HAD to go and see it at the IMAX in Manchester, for the full effect.

Defo in my top5 films of all time.

And if you have IMAX near you....just go and see it. It's a MUST.

/Film reader Tony F sent us some photos of what could be the inevitable gift sets and box art for The Dark Knight?s DVD / Blu-ray release. We?ve heard that Warner Bros wants to release the film on home video in December (we?ve heard December 8th), to take advantage of gift seaThese have NOT been confirmed by the studio, and very well could be fan creations.s.

But for now, lets just pretend they are real. The most impressive of the bunch is the 2-Disc BatPod Collector?s Edition, where the two discs are housed in the base of a BatPod display (which looks roughly 1:18 scale).

Former Tori Spelling deflowerer, turntable spinner and current Terminator TV star, Brian Austin Green, has thrown his hat (sideways baseball cap?) into the casting ring for Batman 3. B.A.G. was wowed by Heath Ledger?s performance in The Dark Knight and feels deep down he?s the right thespian to play The Riddler in the next i

?I would love to be the Riddler,? Green told MTV in all seriousness. ?I hope to God they don?t replace Heath and have the Joker [again]. So they need a new villain and The Riddler makes sense. ?[My Riddler] would take years of preparation. It?s tough. Heath set the bar a new level.? the bar a new level.?

Why'd they take a picture from so long ago, ugh.. He's not bad, but I don't see him fitting the role, I think you need someone more tall and skinny. Riddler would be cool because hes a crafty villain, but I'd like to see someone more violent. Joker was cool and all but he had to use other people to get the majority of stuff done, I'd like to see a villain who was the focus. Reworking Freeze could be cool as long as he didn't walk around with a chrome cold suit. Catwoman would be nice, mostly because I'm sick of Maggie. I want some eye candy in the next one dammit.

Anyone a comic buff who can think of possible other villains than ones already used in movies?

Nolan's Bane could be cool. Penguin would be great to takeover the Mob family in the 3rd movie. Headhunter would make nice new addition as a hired hitman. The Wrath would also be cool as a criminal hell bent on killing cops. Thats all the wikipedaing I can do for now.

Knowing RDJ's attitude - I think exactly the same!

As for Riddler? I found the character to be too close to the Joker in theme (a LOT lighter though). Nolan has said he doesn't want the "campy" characters. He has also said that he doesn't want to do another Joker (he considers the character a one-shot deal - nowhere else to take him - an icon but not with staying power).

I'd like to see some of the more undevelopped characters, the less "gimmicky" ones. Turn the Batman franchise into a mob/crime one, not a comic book again.

I agree, the Riddler would be to much of a watered down joker, he was also obsessed with finding out who the bat is. However It could be done Nolan took a different path towards the Riddler. After His take on the joker, I don't think there's anyway Nolan can dissapoint us

I really think a Hush character would be amazing. Look up his story. Also, him and the "Zodiac Killer" like Riddler would make a great team.

'Dark Knight' Script Answers Highly Debated Question: Did Harvey 'Two-Face' Dent Live Or Die?

Despite memorial service in the film, many fans thought villain would return for 'Batman 3.'

By Shawn Adler

It's already the second-highest-grossing movie of all time, a gigantic cultural juggernaut that will soon break $500 million domestically. If you haven't seen "The Dark Knight" at least twice, well, you haven't really seen it at all. And, yet, for some people, the ending of the latest Batman film is still a complete and utter mystery, especially regarding the fate of Harvey "Two-Face" Dent, the villain played with such delicious glee by Aaron Eckhart.

(Massive spoilers ahead if you're one of the two cave-dwelling people in America who has yet to see "The Dark Knight.")

Does he die? Does he live? Even though he falls from a great height at the end of "Dark Knight," and even though there's a memorial service in his honor soon after, and even though it seems bloody obvious given Batman's sacrifice (can you tell which side we believe?), fan opinion on the matter has been bitterly divided. On MTV Movies Blog posts about potential "Batman 3" villains and themes, commenters argued back and forth over the matter, refusing to budge on what they think is right.

They might not have budged before, but now, like Dent himself, they have been pushed.

The script for the blockbuster sequel was made available for purchase on Tuesday and soon after found its way online. It's a long read at 167 pages, but fans looking for confirmation on the fate of Dent need only look at page 163.

"Dent lies at the bottom of the hole, his neck broken," the stage direction, written by brothers Jonathan and Christopher Nolan, reads. "DEAD." (Capital letters their emphasis, not ours.)

Although some already are arguing that because it refers to the character as "Dent" and not "Two-Face," it's possible the villain could make a return appearance, but Gotham's D.A. is always referred to as Dent throughout the script, even after his transformation.

Now that Dent is definitively dead, does it change fan opinion of the movie or mean something different for the franchise moving forward?

    • Password Safe 3.72.0 by Razvan Serea Password Safe is a password database utility. Like many other such products, commercial and otherwise, it stores your passwords in an encrypted file, allowing you to remember only one password (the "safe combination"), instead of all the username/password combinations that you use. Once stored, your user names and passwords are just a few clicks away. Using Password Safe you can organize your passwords using your own customizable references—for example, by user ID, category, web site, or location. You can choose to store all your passwords in a single encrypted master password list (an encrypted password database), or use multiple databases to further organize your passwords (work and home, for example). And with its intuitive interface you will be up and running in minutes. PasswordSafe was originally designed by the renowned security technologist Bruce Schneier and released as a free utility application. Password Safe 3.72.0 changelog: Fixed bugs Improved font scale handling - should resolve font size issues on high resolution displays. • I've got a SoundBlasterX G6 that I use in my streaming setup. Sounds great to me and I've had zero issues with the ancient software package so far in Win11. That G6 has 7.1, Dolby, fully working SPDIF and since it's a USB device it's outside of my rig so I don't have to worry about EMF distortion. Looks like for now this is a pass for me as I think I have better hardware....
    • How do you connect 5.1 Speakers to this thing?
    • I agree with both of you... It's absolutely imperative that science is completely based on actual proven facts and hard evidence and is not considered dogmatic in any way. Science is not a religion and it will never be, and that's exactly how it's supposed to be.
