Sethos
Indeed, is it possible to get some higher resolution? Looked through the various site and ended up at the original creators website, but wasn't able to find some high-res version of the posters. Rappy Veteran Posted August 25, 2008 Veteran Share Posted August 25, 2008 ComingSoon.net reports that The Dark Knight continued to do well in North America and overseas in its sixth weekend in theaters:Christopher Nolan's mega-blockbuster The Dark Knight (Warner Bros.) continues to thrive with $10.3 million in its sixth weekend, the first time since opening where it's not in the Top 5 for its respective weekend compared to other movies. Even so, its running total domestically is up to $489 million, which means it could hit that elusive $500 million mark by Labor Day. That amount has only been seen once before domestically, by James Cameron's Titanic, which made more than twice "Dark Knight's" weekend gross in its own sixth weekend. Internationally, The Dark Knight added another $34 million from 7,700 theaters in 62 markets. The overseas total has hit $381.2 million and the film has reached $870.4 million worldwide, climbing to 15th on the all-time worldwide blockbuster list. /source/
Hurmoth
I was really hoping that this film could take over the #1 spot from Titanic, but I'm glad to see it did as good as it did. Everyone here should go back to see it one more time :p

Everyone here should go back to see it one more time I guess it was too much to ask for, I was too. I don't see why that movie did as well as it did but whatever. And I'd love to go see it again, in IMAX but I don't have much chance of that right now.

Hurmoth
 I wish I could afford that, I'd certainly pay, but considering my wallet is as thin as toilet paper right now, we won't get very far.

Only 30 more million to go and I am sure it will get there.
Kreuger
Academy Award-winner and music icon Cher is in talks to play Catwoman opposite Christian Bale in the third installment of the revamped Batman film franchise. A studio executive reportedly said, "Cher is Nolan's (director) first choice to play Catwoman. He wants to her to portray her like a vamp in her twilight years. The new Catwoman will be the absolute opposite of Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry's purring creations." The Oscar-winner will join a cast that includes Johnny Depp as The Riddler as she plays the whip-carrying burglar. The character has also been played by Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry. /source/

Rappy Veteran Posted August 25, 2008 Veteran Share Posted August 25, 2008 I find all these rumours stupid because Nolan himself hasn't even said he is doing a third movie.
theyarecomingforyou
Last I heard Angelina Jolie was in the running to play Catwoman. At the end of the day these are all rumours until they are confirmed, so I wouldn't get too worried. Not only that but if Nolan is behind it then I reckon he could make just about anyone work. acies
HA, Lies. Nolan hasn't even signed on for a third film, let alone got a script going, let alone got casting. I think it's better to look at these rumors as a "who won't be in Batman 3" list. Last I heard was Nolan was on holidays.
Julius Caro
Well I still think it's pretty obvious there will be a third film!
Hurmoth
Actually, I think Cher may be a great choice. It isn't conventional and that's what Nolan seems to be going for. Meaning, it isn't like the previous Batman films. I'm excited to see what she brings to the table. Like her crazy hair  Wait, we need Donald Trump in there somewhere. Two villains in one, him and his hair

I got some cash and credit in mine :) Tickets on me!! This is a little off topic, but how quickly can one change their email address and all other contact information :p Btw that Cher crap was reported by the Telegraph, a cheap tabloid. I woudn't buy it.
