Vista Business is on a physical disk.

Office 2007 Pro is going to be a download. You will receive a mailing from Microsoft with the link to download Office and a license key to go along with it.

Im a canadian who also tried to get this, I did receive a confirmation email awhile back

the way I did my address was to put my full address in the first few boxes and then I added Mail to Canadian address only before i filled in a random new york address

I have 1 question, if I have a ultimate version installed, is there anyway to switch it into business and activate it with the key? I don't want to have to do a reformat just to make vista into business version so i can activate it.

Precisely, and that is why Anytime Upgrade is not a very good deal if you think about it.

It doesn't install the games but they are there. You have to install them yourself via the add/uninstall programs and then choose windows components. Games is listed there.
