I didn't get confirmation and I remember reading someone else on here saying that they didn't get one either.

For people anxiously awaiting Office, you can download the Trial and install it without a key. Then just type in the key you get in the mail.

WHOA! What are you talking about? I did both, got both email confirmations, and read nothing about faxing a W9 form to anywhere? I presumed that vista would show up with the form and instructions and then I'd receive office after completing that.

PLEASE explain? i'm freaking out now I won't get either one...........!!!!

I had to look at the bottom of the email to find the instructions.

In a past post someone e-mailed them and they said people that had to do the W9 will get theres in 7-14 days.
