Not a bad idea.

Perhaps the number of arrows in / arrows out indicate the Rot we have to apply to get it right.

In the Sudoku puzzle the first 2 and the 5-th row have been flipped. Also the B and R have been replaced (2-nd in the first and second row). The rest looks the same.

as said before, its a bun in the flash. try right clicking ans clicking paster if yu have text in clipboard. and then click back. one of the two text cursers is the key field, the other is the timer field. so its a bug.;)
