For HEADLINER ...

The figures at the bottom are semaphore, and spell out OPPOSITE, but that's not the answer.

Yes

Newmanns - (8 on the side goes from 1 to 5 trumpets)

Nope, that's wrong. It was four trumpets.

From unFiction ...

Taking the number of appearing things as the number and using that to index into what is missing spells SMOKE COMIC:

1 3 Roses

2 1 Moon

3 3 Shoes

4 5 Clocks

5 2 Bells

6 5 Handcuffs

7 1 Owl

8 4 Trumpets

9 2 Birds

10 1 Card

I don't think the number is a phone number - I tried it and 'this subscriber is not accepting calls' was the message.

ok.. I think I know what the yellow circle in the top-left is for...

they seem to be in the shape of countries/states. my thought is maybe it tells us where the clue for this puzzle will be shown.

just a thought though

easy...look at the clocks ont he back of the cards

the dots correspond to the card number (1= Ace)

the segmented circle farther down shows the suit. There's only one 4 shown so that must be diamonds, hearts is the only suit with 2 and 6, then spades and clubs are easy

To get the gravity lock to work right, you have to have all the numbers on the same line in the right order before you drop them. Answer is Secrecy.
