This has probably already been mentioned a thousand times, but William Temple, of Sacramento, CA, is the Grand Prize Winner! It frustrates me a little, but he won with only 370 out of 1500 possible points!

I received my letter today (Sat.) that I had won a second place prize! It was postmarked Feb, 12th. I live in the USA way out in the boonies.

I had 1300 points.

I'm eligible for second prize but am now trying to figure out what the Notary thing is all about (don't have them here in Australia) and how I can return the completed form by the deadline, which is in less than a week.

Maybe a barrister (Lawyer) or banker can help. Notary is someone who gives a stamp & his/her signature that you are who you say you are. Proof of your identity.
