First review of "300"

I think they saw it at a pre-screening. It was 99% complete with some of the effects not completed yet.

I got a gut feeling that 500 people didn't watch a pre-screen for one of the biggest movie of the year. Maybe some critics yes, but the rest of the people judged it by the trailer. Which was f*ckin' awesome (Y)

Now that IGN article is fantastic compared to the AICN version, WOW!

If anyone deserves to shoot a Halo movie, its Zack Snyder. This guy appears to be a master artists of cinema.

eh

we'll see.

I watched borat twice, but i wanna watch 300 3 times.

I know for fact this'll probably be the best movie i ever see...

thing is though i knew about this early 2006 before most people had even heard of it, so i'm really looking forward to it.

I know for fact this'll probably be the best movie i ever see...

BOLD statement for never having seen the movie.

I only recently discovered Frank Miller, just before the Sin City movie release. He's quickly becoming one of my favorite story tellers/Artists. Sin City was excellent, but i semi-ruined the movie for myself when i purchased the entire graphic novel collection and read them all. It sort of ruined the experience because i knew everything that was going to happen, and nothing really compares to your minds perspective versus a movie rehash. This time I'm going leave 300 a surprise.

BOLD statement for never having seen the movie.

Sin city's one of my favourite movies.

I've studied the spartans for ages and always admired them as a culture.

I love all greek, roman, whatever movies. I loved troy to death...

the battle of thermopylae kicked ass.

I love the style this films set in,

and every trailer i see is jaw-dropping.

So its not such a BOLD statement as you make it out to be,

and until i see the movie, and decide whether it is or not, you can't speak **** on my opinions.

    • On xiaomi hyperos there's also an option to disable google assistant. I've got everything disabled. Only thing I do have installed is a web wrapped for duck.ai which claims to let you use various AIs anonymously
    • I need to understand the rationale of not shipping all of these K2 improvements in a single update/release. It's giving "we will fix Windows 11 but no commitments". It seems to me that they just announce these improvements just to appease the community.
    • The term "RTM" is long gone starting with Windows 10. Every current release is a GA build. This is the result of MS making Windows as a Service (WaaS).
