se7en.hu Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 Well in windows that'd generally be (if this was the finder menu) Alt + F... what is it in mac? no idea... some of the mac ones make little sense to me like finder preferences... command comma? what the heck is that? why not command P? something that makes sense... then shift command delete?... never got their shortcuts.. windows to empty the recycle bin its just menu button then B... (assuming you have the icon selected first) cmd+, is great the keys are located directly next to each other making it quick and every app in OSX uses cmd+, to get to preferences so it keeps consistency across the system, also cmd+p may be reserved for something else, I don't even know, there are keyboard shortcuts for EVERYTHING in OS10.5.
