It has been foretold. Supposedly a person working for craft services catered a party for star Emilie Ravine shortly after her death scene was filmed. In the scene, Claire and Aaron are getting on the helicopter and Daniel pushes Claire out to her death.

Well, that would make sense as to why Kate has Aaron and why Jack doesn't want to see Aaron as he is a reminder of how Jack failed to protect Clair. Even more so if he finds out she is his half sister.

Damn it I read the spoilers once again.

Personally speaking I wont be saddened by claire's death. She has always ****ed me off. She has had lots of crappy episodes. And there is not much left for her story line. Only thing is that we need more hot chics on the island.
