Although I am a bit more advanced than a complete noob I am still grasping what lens to employ for different conditions. For that kind of shot, I would generally use my 70-300 IS (I have just that and my XTi kit lens) that would give "more" bokeh - which I like. Just curious. Might be a while before I can afford a good one. ( http://www.digitalcamerainfo.com/content/H...era-Review-.htm ). No lens, few settings, and can't take pictures at night (Very well). Anyways, here are a couple of pictures I took last week. The Goose was on the balcony next to my apartment, and the duck was in the backyard, taken from my balcony (second floor). BTW, some very nice pictures here! I do plan on getting a better camera, so I can take pictures like you all do, but might be a while before I have an extra $500 kicking around lol Some truely amazing pictures.
