Scorbing
TNA will always do around 1.0 for their tapings whether its live or not. WWE Hall of Famer posted a number of messages on his Twitter page regarding his appearance as the guest host of RAW last night. ?With 2 weeks to go to mania, had to work within story lines. Couldn?t give stunners to everyone, they have a huge ppv . promoted DAMAGE,? Austin said. ?The pg thing is a real deal. great direction for the wwe. a wise decision. although that took 92% of my vocabulary away.? Yorak
Seriously? A bit ridiculous, I do believe. Let us start a new campaign. Get the "G" out!
Gio Takahashi
It's precisely why I gave up with WWE. It's just much more boring than ever, and pretty damn predictable. Might as well ban the chairshots all together, then the ladders, and the tables, while we're at it!
iamawesomewicked
WWE has now banned chair shots to the head. Sigh. No no.. They banned ANY object from hitting the head. “In January 2010, WWE amended its Talent Wellness Program, specifically regarding the ImPACT™ Concussion Management Program originally instituted in 2008, eliminating the use of folding chairs or props to “strike” an opponent in the head.” Rajah.com

There are many good uses for them. TLC will be no more then. As we have seen with Joey Mercury, ladders can damn near kill.
red.
That's why we've been seeing a lot of chair shots to the back. Most of which do not even look like they are hitting the wrestlers. I'm just trying to imagine the without the chair shots to the head.

Rappy Veteran Posted March 18, 2010 Veteran Share Posted March 18, 2010 Shawn Michaels has been telling friends as of late he plans on retiring at WrestleMania. His contract is set to expire soon and he has talked about wanting to spend more time with his children as they grow up. Michaels himself has made noise about retiring in recent years, to the point that WWE actually scripted jokes about it on Raw. After taking time off in 2008, he made noise about deciding not to come back. Like previous times he'd taken time off, WWE would call him back to return and he would. He also said in a radio interview last year that he had told the company his retirement date (which at the time was this year's WrestleMania). On the other hand, he's brought up the idea of wrestling well into his fifties, though only a match or two per year. Michaels is not advertised for any shows past the night after WrestleMania when RAW emanates from the US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona. --- to me that sounds like Taker wins and it's Michaels career. red.
Maybe Taker can turn heel through retiring HBK to freshen things up? Probably won't be happening though, i think they need main event faces on SD.

He is in between so a "heel" turn does not apply to him since he is not either.
pezzonovante
Undertaker MUST lose against HBK at the Wrestlemania. Otherwise there is no meaning for this match. I think HBK wins and they both retire.

pezzonovante
noooooooooo his record needs to stay intact! I think if Taker loses this match and then retires with a 17-1 record at Wrestlemania, that will be even more memorable than an undefeated streak. Just like the cricket fans remember Sir Don Bradman's batting average of 99.94 as he got out for 0 in his last innings. If he had averaged something like 102.79, it wouldn't have been talked about as much.

timster
Former "American Idol" winner Fantasia will be the celebrity singing "America the Beautiful" at WrestleMania 26 this Sunday night, according to an article in The Arizona Republic. Check out the article at AZCentral.com. ----------------------- According to a source within WWE, the feeling within the company right now is that Shawn Michaels will be retiring from pro wrestling after WrestleMania 26. I was told that Shawn Michaels is very interested in developing a reality TV show that will be centered around his "life after wrestling." He wants the show to focus on his home life, his family, and the deep relationship he has with God and religion. The feeling is that HBK will be focusing most of his post-WrestleMania attention on developing the show, which is why he will likely be either retiring or taking an extended hiatus from the business after the big PPV. I was also told that Michaels wants the reality show to be very positive in its nature, and that, by comparison, he does not intend for his family to be subjected to the seediness of the entertainment business much like The Hogan family was when they were on TV. It is very important for Shawn that the show be uplifting, and grounded in a firm religious nature.
timster
This past Monday night's WWE RAW show scored a final cable rating of 3.24 for the last RAW heading into WrestleMania 26. That is quite a drop from last week's 3.7 the rating should be higher next week since next weeks Impact is taped
