I think it's pretty obvious even to most people who aren't net savvy WWE fans that Bret Hart can't wrestle again, let alone do much physical work in the ring for a street fight or anything at that level. Vince probably thought he could, Bret maybe thought he could, but over the past month or so it's pretty obvious that isn't the case. But, still I hope they do have Hart in Cena's corner etc like the plan is now for WM.

That being said, WM is shaping up pretty good now. Edge vs. Jericho is practically a lock in for MotY along with the HBK vs. Taker match. I'm not sure why they pulled the trigger on the HBK career/retirement thing so soon though. We know he's going to take time off for awhile after WM, but so is Taker. So unless HBK is really going to retire this year (which I doubt) I feel at this point it looks like Taker is going to lose the streak to be honest.

If anyone deserves to end the Undertaker's WrestleMania streak right now, that's Shawn Michaels.

I'm also looking forward to see how the whole Orton vs Legacy feud is going to develop. I remember DiBiase saying that he would love to face Randy at this years WrestleMania.

Yeah I think the only thing we are going to see at WM will be an sharpshooter

Yeah I think the only thing we are going to see at WM will be an sharpshooter

Yeah, Hart is going to "screw" Batista/McMahon out of the Championship (ugh, Cena!) and put Vinnie Mac in the Sharpshooter. Unless he trips while sinching it in like he almost did on RAW a few weeks ago :|

is it safe to say that wwe is finally coming around? it is for me at least EC was awesome raw was decent minus the PBR skit and no hornswoggle really no more boring stuff just hope keeps up

well they are on the road to wrestlemania they have to up the ante to make you buy WM

But... What's the point? Where is the benefit in wasting such a HUGE push on a retiring veteran?

Let WWE develop their next BIG LEAGUE superstar for a year or so, then let him end it... It'd be one of the biggest deals ever

lmao i probably would buy wm anyways even if there was a hardcore match with chavo and hornswoggle hahaha ok maybe not but I love wwe and have been a life long fan!

It was announced on RAW this week that Christian has joined WWE's flagship brand. The former ECW Champion battled Carlito in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match and won, earning an opportunity to compete in the Ladder Match at WrestleMania. Additionally, it was announced on the company website that Yoshi Tatsu has signed on with Raw as well. He took part in a Six-Man Tag Team Match last night.

The Midwest Ambulance (http://www.midwestambulance.com/) service has been receiving so many phone calls regarding the status of Bret Hart (they were the ambulance company used on Raw last week), that they posted the following message on their website? "ATTENTION: Please do not call 222-2222 regarding the condition of Bret "Hit Man" Hart. Contact the WWE for updates. Our number is for emergency calls only. Thank you." Note from Ryan Clark: You have got to be kidding me. Kayfabe lives!

it's hard to believe that a lot of people still think everything is professional wrestling is real and not scripted/staged. just shows how dumb a lot of people are even after the WWE has even said it is entertainment and just a show like anything else on television

The original plan for the 2010 WWE Hall of Fame was to make former WWF Champion The Ultimate Warrior this year's marquee inductee. After Warrior and WWE settled a lawsuit several months ago, the two sides began discussing Warrior being part of the Hall of Fame this year.

According to a source, Warrior initially agreed to be inducted into the Hall of Fame but he made the decision last week to change his mind and reject the offer. It's believed that Stu Hart will be announced as the next inductee on RAW next week and he will likely be this year's featured inductee.

I would of paid to see his winning speech!

RichmondColiseum.net is reporting that the 2010 WWE Roster Draft will take place on April 26th, live, from The Richmond Coliseum. The show will be a 3 hour Raw special

there was talk of making Raw 3 hours all the time but I think thats dead in the water now

    • Bluesky COO warns social media regulations could destroy competition from small startups by Paul Hill Fears that increasing government control of social media risks regulatory capture by the biggest social media firms were raised again recently. Bluesky’s chief operating officer said in an interview that social media bans for children and tighter regulations for social media firms risk creating a world where there are only a few social media platforms run by companies with the deepest pockets. Regulations on social media firms have been very lax since they appeared for mainstream users in the 2000’s. This gave Meta, Snapchat, and Google time to build up their user bases and get entrenched, with Meta being the most successful. Now that Meta has succeeded, it has been attempting regulatory capture. By pushing for more regulations of social media, Meta hopes to make it more difficult for rivals to challenge it. For its part, it doesn’t need to worry about the cost of regulation because it has a lot of money to spend, whereas startups do not. Speaking to CNBC, Rose Wang, Bluesky’s chief operating officer, said: “I support the protection and the safety of youth, the question that we have then is at what cost, because essentially what I’m scared of is in the long term, we’re headed to a world where there’s about three to five platforms, and extreme heavy regulation of those platforms, and basically the whole compliance teams of these platforms are 10 times the size of our entire team. So, basically, we’re living in a world where it’s almost impossible for smaller entrants to come in and build healthier spaces. These platforms have led to a place where the bottom line is the thing that drives what they do... so I understand why governments have to step in and regulate, because the platforms have done nothing right.” She said that while she is not against regulation, there needs to be more channels between the small to mid-sized players and regulators to help protect them. She says that big tech players, on the other hand, “who we know are circumventing regulation,” need to be regulated. Essentially, the Bluesky position is one of nuance, rather than absolutes. While Bluesky’s proposal may preserve competition in the social media space, it still doesn’t address the massive privacy implications these age verification measures introduce, such as handing over sensitive identity documents to access age-gated content.
