What a game. Wow, I'm speechless.

I have to disagree, David Villa has been sublime. Let's hope he comes to England over the summer.

Villa, Im sorry but i have to disagree, im from holland but i think sneijder is far more great player then villa so he scored 4 goals , i mean villa is an awesome player but sneijder is bloodform right now.

Exactly, he scored 4 goals, started the tournament with a hat-trick and scored a superb goal in the ninety-something minute to take spain to the quarter finals. And the last goal he scored he was covered by two defenders and he emerged victorious.

If any player is going to light up this tournament it's going to be David Villa, I expected Christiano Ronaldo to do it but he's not showing his full potential.

No one said that, we just pointed out how arrogant it is of you to claim he's the best... Especially seeing as there are players who played better, have scored more goals, etc.

Nope, it wasn't, one player stood in front of Nihat just a little far from others who were trying to run back and he was left alone after a short dribbling.

I just saw the goal, he was really leveled with the defender. Really neat stuff. Now send me some of those delights, please.

Nothing wrong with being confident as you are, but you need to be realistic for a minute. Turkey is an average team and they will be good but in a few years out. Turkey will not beat Czech Republic this Sunday, let alone Croatia or Germany.
I agree with you.

I can understand one rooting for his/her home team, but that doesn't mean Turkey is playing an amazing game of football. Swiss was bad today, so was Turkey. It was an awful match. The reason why Turkey came back with 2-1, was partly luck, and part because they were just a tad stronger than Swiss. It doesn't prove Turkey to be an excellent team.

At this moment I think it's too early to call a winner. Whatever the result of this tournament will be, I'm pretty sure the winner will have deserved it. You can't win a championship with luck and poor play. (only Germany can do that.. j/k :laugh:)

I know you have pride for your country as do I, but what you just said is wrong. People will always bet on favorites that have shown their capabilities before. Italy was a favorite because they won the world cup, but that didn't mean anything as they are underperforming.

Turkey simply is not a favorite to win the tournament.

i know. that is my EXACT point.

turkey is NOT the fav. so turkey's odds are highest among other teams. so you would get a much better of a return rate betting on turkey

because

turkey WILL win euro 2008.

and most probably WC 2010 as well.

Yeah, and I'm sure he knew you'd score 2 goals in the last 5 minutes, one due to the goalies mistake, the other because Czech Rep. were caught off guard, practically sleeping (not that it matters, it's their fault).

      Gen Atlas is the next game from Shadow of the Colossus creator, this time with giant robots by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe The mind behind widely well-received games like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian, Fumito Ueda, showed up at Summer Game Fest today, and that was to reveal his latest project. Being developed by genDESIGN, Gen Atlas is incoming with what looks to be plenty of mech and robot action. Watch the reveal trailer, which makes not much sense, above. The game will have players waking up on an abandoned planet where deserted facilities and grand designs from the original creators remain. Soon, they will stumble upon a colossal robot, from which players gain access to the power to change the world. "Across an endless expanse of time, the remnants of those forgotten constructs begin to move once more," adds the studio. The gameplay snippets seen in the trailer show the player character climbing giant robots (as expected from the creator), while also controlling these titans somehow as well. This is a fully single-player open-world adventure. “The team and I are grateful to all the fans who’ve been eager to learn more about our game,” says Fumito Ueda, CEO and creative director of genDESIGN. “Their passion and enthusiasm has always motivated and inspired us. We hope to share an experience that inspires moments of quiet wonder and discovery.” Before gaining the name Gen Atlas, Ueda first announced this project back in 2024 with the codename Project Robot. Interestingly, this will be a project being funded and published by Epic Games, which should mean that a Steam release is out of the question. Gen Atlas will be releasing on Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. A release date has not been announced just yet.

      How backwards can you have it? Yes, Linux was gaining because of Linux handhelds and the push for gaming compatibility, but that's not desktop users, it barely converts anyone who owns a SteamDeck, though it helps for those who wanted to do it, but anyways, the AI+RAM debacle helped Linux because people can't easily upgrade their PCs easily and many hate AI so they'd be incentivized to try Linux.

      Dude, it's a .reg away from a permanent modification. If you're a power user, look it up and keep the .reg and stop being a crybaby expecting MS to include customization for everything on a generalist OS. The default is what's the best UX for the majority of the userbase, non techie people.
