If the referee saw it then he should have been sent off. It is violent conduct simple as.

Did you see Wright-Phillips get sent off last week? He did exactly the same as Ronaldo and was sent on his way.

It's not that simple, lot of the rules are open to interpretation in football, if the ref saw it and let it go, then it wasn't violent conduct.

Wright-Phillips didn't get sent off (in the PL at least). Did you see Zamora yesterday hit someones arm to get him off his shirt? That's violent conduct too right? Did he get booked, no.

You're chatting **** lad.

Rules are rules, its not even an opinion, and the only comeback you have is to say I'm prejudiced against Man Utd.

What about the Liverpool - Chelsea game this season ? First of all Gerrard kicked the ball right at Bosingwa (but yeah of course, he didn't want to do it in purpose...) and later he did a furious and violent tackle on Mikel. And what did the ref said ? N. o. t. h. i. n. g.

You want to talk about diving ? youtube + Gerrad + diving

Rules are rules when you feel like it. I'm sorry I'm repeating myself, but, you only see just what you want to see.

(sorry if i'm not clear, I can't write english clearly when I'm ****ed)

Nearly a superb weekend away from the PL for United. Yet Chelsea grind out another last-minute goal from Lampard. Fair play to them. Hiddink with a perfect start. Liverpool should be out of it now. Even if they beat United at OT it'll be difficult and that's gonna be pretty tough in itself. Are Arsenal going to even qualify for the Uefa Cup this season, they just keep on getting worse and worse.

Here's hoping United get the Carling Cup tommorow!

Absolutely the worse performance I have had seen from our boys this weekend. We will never walk alone but boys play with a little bit a heart. Stevie was the only man out there making opportunities and made great chances for players to score but couldn't get it done.

we're done.. :( time to concentrate on champions league

Oh Dear Liverpool and did I hear boo's from Emirates?

it's amazing how soccer fans don't boo their own teams more often, if you guys ever watched a montreal canadiens game (NHL hockey), we are ruthless to our own team... We'll boo ourselfs quicker then any sort of opposition can even imagine doing so.

Boos from Emirates are and are not a bit harsh..

Harsh if we consider the players that are missing through injury.. Ade, Eduardo, Fab, Rosicky and Theo.. you can't say that if we had some or all of them fit things wouldn't be any different..

but not harsh coz a team of our level must have the subs capable to coup with mid-table teams.. no thanks to Wenger I might add.. but for a nice change.. our defense has held on for clean sheets in 5 games in a row now I believe (all competitions)..

But some words for Man U dreaming of CL.. 0 away goals and Crespo is coming ;)

Hehe :D

Tough game against a strong Newcastle's team but we manage to get the job done. But there is somthing troubles me, why don't we substitute some players ? Giggs at the 90' and that's it. I don't understand. We have some heavy games coming out but I'm sure Fergie knows it and he's infinitely a better manager than I will ever be.

    • It's time to say goodbye to Edge and switch back to Firefox. There's no way to disable the ugly rounded corners that appear everywhere. Not even on the page frame. No one uses screens with rounded corners, you idiots.
    • Being on Github makes it more trustable since I can see the code at any point.
    • Gen Atlas is the next game from Shadow of the Colossus creator, this time with giant robots by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe The mind behind widely well-received games like Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and The Last Guardian, Fumito Ueda, showed up at Summer Game Fest today, and that was to reveal his latest project. Being developed by genDESIGN, Gen Atlas is incoming with what looks to be plenty of mech and robot action. Watch the reveal trailer, which makes not much sense, above. The game will have players waking up on an abandoned planet where deserted facilities and grand designs from the original creators remain. Soon, they will stumble upon a colossal robot, from which players gain access to the power to change the world. "Across an endless expanse of time, the remnants of those forgotten constructs begin to move once more," adds the studio. The gameplay snippets seen in the trailer show the player character climbing giant robots (as expected from the creator), while also controlling these titans somehow as well. This is a fully single-player open-world adventure. “The team and I are grateful to all the fans who’ve been eager to learn more about our game,” says Fumito Ueda, CEO and creative director of genDESIGN. “Their passion and enthusiasm has always motivated and inspired us. We hope to share an experience that inspires moments of quiet wonder and discovery.” Before gaining the name Gen Atlas, Ueda first announced this project back in 2024 with the codename Project Robot. Interestingly, this will be a project being funded and published by Epic Games, which should mean that a Steam release is out of the question. Gen Atlas will be releasing on Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5. A release date has not been announced just yet.
    • How backwards can you have it? Yes, Linux was gaining because of Linux handhelds and the push for gaming compatibility, but that's not desktop users, it barely converts anyone who owns a SteamDeck, though it helps for those who wanted to do it, but anyways, the AI+RAM debacle helped Linux because people can't easily upgrade their PCs easily and many hate AI so they'd be incentivized to try Linux.
