There's another update, but no release notes yet. Maybe this is to fix the bomb cart bug?

Yeh I saw my TF2 updating, but no new release notes :p

Had a looksee on the interwebz, found this:

Updates to Team Fortress 2 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Team Fortress 2

* Fixed overheal particle effect showing up incorrectly on disguised or cloaked spies

* Changed the achievement tracker to only be available in Team Fortress 2

* Added new teleporter sounds for upgrade levels 2 and 3

* Fixed engineers being able to upgrade the bomb cart's dispenser found in Payload levels

* Fixed bomb cart's dispenser being solid to players and projectiles

Looks like no more dispensers on carts

I miss the level 3 bomb cart.

Interesting things landed in one of the updates (people just noticed a few days ago), There's now a red bomb cart (to go with the blue one) and a silver intel case, no team assignment (king of the hill style gameplay?)

I wonder how many people are playing this on the 360. I just don't have a PC that's capable of doing too much in the terms of modern games anymore (Athlon64 3700+, 128mb 6600GT)

Upgrade (Y) You get more updates for the PC version and much more people playing.

So you suggest spending a few hundred bucks to play one game? Yeah, no. I'm good, thanks.

You sure TF2 won't run on your rig in lower settings?

The source engine is vary scaleable.

As for TF2 console vs PC, don't even go there. Not only does the console version lack all the content of the PC version, it just sucks in comparison.

I'd give the game a go on your rig next time their is a free weekend (Y)

The idea is, I'm more or less done with PC gaming. Dealing with drivers and graphics settings just became annoying. This is the only game, and maybe Day of Defeat and The Ship, that I would ever want to play on the PC and it's not worth the investment.

To each his own.

Use low settings, low resolution. You won't regret it ;).

That's the problem, though. Why should I have to deal with lower quality graphics? That's why I got out of PC gaming. I loved Valve games, but I couldn't afford to keep up with the hardware and I couldn't stand to deal with sub-par graphics.
