Call of Duty 4, Neowin Style!

Recommended Posts

I had not even touched COD4 since before GTA IV's release until yesterday, but if we can start consistently doing Neowin private matches more often like we did tonight, it will definitely drag me away from Battlefield: Bad Company.

Seriously everyone, that was an incredibly fun time. We WITHOUT A DOUBT have to do that more often.

So even though I sucked I did not even care, it was really so much fun as you knew everyone you were killing, and in my case, being killed by.

Gonna be tough for me to play tomorrow as my wife has put up with a lot of gaming lately, but if it is going down again, I will definitely give it a shot.

EDIT - And oh yeah, I meant to say I told you guys so about mystic in that other thread!

My man is a COD4 machine. :alien:

I didn't really have a pizza delivery, I was ****ed at getting shot all the time by mystic :ninja:

Honest Guv.

The pizza was cold though when delivered, not very nice, didn't realise I could have got my money back until Peter (CommonSquare) mentioned it :(

Yeah we should really play more often with members of Neowin. I know everyone has their RL friends they like to play with as well, but there is no problem inviting them along. As long as their not ass holes of course :p

Definitely makes playing more enjoyable when you can come back to the forums and talk about what happened the night before etc (Y)

Dam, sounds like I missed a good time...hopefully next time I can be around for the private matches. I'll apologize for that a** that followed me into that S&D round we had Friday night. Sorry all...

On a side note that may or may not be funny, I went out to dinner tonight, and I'm thinking I play just a little too much COD. I saw Cod on the menu and I read it as C O D.

Damn, looks like I'm really late. I should check Microsoft more often. I know DL's got me, but anybody else, please add me. I'll be getting back on here, now that I got COD4 back, and I'm game for some matches. Always hated playing COD4 by myself. Just need to set-up times, and I'll try to make any I can.

yeah that's pretty much a sure sign you've played too much, along with Larry dreaming about games  I'm in the same boat btw lol.

I actually missed your witty banter last night! Just wasn't the same haha.

Not sure how much I will be on tonight. I've only had 6 hours sleep or something and might not be back to this afternoon.

I had some good fun last night guys, was good to get in on the action for once :p and next time I'll have to dig my mic out so I can actually talk too...

And I agree with everyone else, Mystic must be taken down :ninja:

Is there any chance we can make a thing with everyone's Gamertag in so we can all see all the Neowinians who play?

There is the Xbox Live Gamertags topic with most of the regulars gamertags posted along with the games they own.

Also, the Neowin Matchup topic if you want to find games to play with someone.

I dropped you multiple invites yesterday, you were playing Rock Band I believe..

Sorry, had my girlfriend over (she gets pretty annoyed when I'm playing games without her, lol).

Also note, I keep my Xbox on a lot and am not always near it. Sorry though, it's nothing personal! :)

I'll play soon.

With features like HTTPS Everywhere and built-in tracker blocking, Brave keeps your online activities safe from prying eyes. Brave is one of the safest browsers on the market today. It blocks third-party data storage. It protects from browser fingerprinting. And it does all this by default. Speed - Brave is built on Chromium, the same technology that powers Google Chrome, and is optimized for speed, providing a fast and responsive browsing experience. Brave Browser also features Brave Rewards, a system that rewards users with Basic Attention Tokens (BAT) for viewing opt-in ads. This innovative system provides an alternative revenue model for content creators and a way to support the Brave community. SlimBrave Neo takes all the good things about Brave and makes them even better by keeping everything clean, light, and privacy-focused. It removes the extra clutter, turns off features you might not need, and cuts down on anything that could slow you down or collect unnecessary data. Because it relies on simple settings and policies instead of modifying the browser itself, you still get full Brave compatibility—just in a smoother, lighter, and more privacy-friendly package. Brave Browser 1.91.178 changelog: Fixed certain extensions not working as expected. (#56271) Fixed inability to use Brave Sync in certain cases. (#55203) Upgraded Chromium to 149.0.7827.196.
