Lost - Season 5

Neptune, in the Via Domus video game, it reveals whats on the other side of the walls of the Swan. Its not a bomb.

Also, you are making quite an assumption that just because they got there once the army can get back.

What was on the other side?

I can't remember specifically what Alpert said but it was something like, "why do you guys keep coming to our Island" or could have been the blond chick saying that. Either way, US Army found a way to get inside the Island.

The Dharma Initiative has to be connected to the US Army or Widmore. Certainly the Others won't give it away, aside from Widmore. So, its either Widmore or the US Army helping the Hanso foundation setting up the Dharma Initiative on the Island 20 years later from this episode (Jughead).

Man oh man, that episode was fantastic. While not plainly confirmed, it looks like Ms. Hawking is Faraday's mother (also the name of the mouse in Faraday's testing). Widmore being an Other, wow, and now we understand why Richard went to see Locke when he was born and why he tested him. The compass was in play in their meeting in 1954, when Locke was a kid for his "testing", and when Locke was moving through time to use as proof. I love it.

What we don't know, or maybe it's just my memory, is why Widmore claims the island is his. He's probably early to mid 20s in 1954 and obviously is not in charge of the Others. Perhaps because Ben was not born on the island and he like was is the reason he has laid claim to it? Once again, the worst part of this episode was that it ended.

Concerning the previews, apparently they've teleported to post-crash and the screaming is Claire having Aaron, which is how he saw Kate. Wonder if anyone will bump into each other?

Lost is epic, only 3 episodes into the new series and it has completely blown my mind. So the british are the others they killed the American army who were setting up camp hence all the american weapons but what were the british doing there in the first place, why did the Americans come to the island to set up camp, how could they all find the island, why where the Americans trying to blow up the island, god it gives you some answers but a load more questions.

Great episode though I didn't think ending was too great. It's good how it is all falling together in place with season 4 for example now we know why Richard visited Locke throughout his life and now we know about Charles Widmore. A screencap below of next weeks trailer, is that the light coming from the hatch in season 1 that Locke saw as mentioned earlier, I hope they show Locke from another angle on the door of the hatch banging it or something cool

The bomb and one group of people got there. They said 'keep coming' because they found the whole group of survivors on the island, and figured they were army.

Out of those choices it has to be Widmore.

It's possible. Locke seeing the light from the hatch was in the episode before Claire had her baby, and there are flashes of Claire giving birth in the trailer, so the timeline seems to fit, though that's a pretty intense light, to which Locke was looking into it. The problem, though, is that hole the light was shining through was about the size of a helmet, not very big, nor was it very bright.

I got the same feeling that the girl who kept Faraday at gunpoint is actually his mother (Mrs.Hawkings). ain't that why he kept staring at her all the time ?

I think it was that she reminded him of the lady he did the experiments on, the one Desmond visited.

IMO he thought he looked like the girl that he screwed up her mind.

Maybe it even IS the girl, and thats why the experiment went wrong, because her mind was 'uncentered' from her being on the island.

One of my production sources has allowed me to reveal the following

1) 2 New People will accompany the O6 back to the Island

2) We will see another crash

3) We will see Ms. Hawking inside the Lamppost Station

4) Sawyers has to to lie. The lie hinges on everyone's safety, especially his own

5) Someone we've seen will be shown to be Ethan's Mother.

Time travel makes shows 1000 more awesome. When it's done right of course.

+1

Best episode so far! Love the whole time travelling! And now we know why Richard visited Locke when he was young. Like he said "We choose a leader when there young" But the question remains, how?

he tested him with a bunch of items, remember. That might have something to do with it...

Sorry I didn't mean that, I meant how can Richard leave and come back to the island.

Also "old" Whidmore's convo with Desmond hints that he knows exactly what is going on with regards to time travel (well he would remember Locke anyways), but he seems to know the message is from Faraday, and there's hints he knows what is going to happen in the future as well.

I think he can time travel somehow, all his links with everything couldn't have been done over one timeline surely.

Maybe he felt he needed to visit Locke, especially after he said Jacob sent him but that begs the question how old is Jacob :p

Jacob = Richard :p

Ellie's cute by the way :p

Interesting theory!, I did like it tho when Locke asked Juliet "Just how old is richard"...."old" :p

Yeah she is, her voice is quite appealing :shifty:
