I dont get the EULA. Do they track and record EVERYTHING that we do with the browser? Like this post I'm posting? That would require no end of bandwidth. I mean, they already have all my emails and my calendars, but at least that's on THEIR servers. And *almost* everything that is displayed on the browser is "public" on the internet.

What are "the services"?

Spell checking works in my version, did you try? I notice that it doesn't appear to do anything in search boxes, but it works fine elsewhere (like right here).

Auto-scroll not working is one of my major annoyances.

The terms say that they are the "universal" terms for google services, and almost every clause is superseded by any specific term any of those terms would have.

Right, so I just installed this on my cousins computer as I like to see what the whole family think of a product.

He complained about the spell check over MSN to me, it went something like this

One major thing going for Chrome.

It loads all the sites that IE8 Beta 2 can't. Without any rendering bugger up's.

The loading time on gmail is amazing. It's faster than firefox 3.1. I kinda expected that though. I can only scroll down with my touchpad, not up. That's a pretty annoying bug.

Finally got sunspider running....or not.

Not yet. They're plannign to add an extension API at a later date

They're not supported yet. A lot of basic features are missing, but those that are there are damn good.
