[Official] Killzone 2

I'm posting 70 pts/g.

this game took everything every other shooter did well, perfected it, and mashed it into reoccurring time bombs of eye orgasms.

It is super pro and I absolutely love it.

People still can't past the obviousness that they are not Master Chief. So they die, complain and call the game hard. It really isn't if you slow down.

I agree with you on all but I didn't see anyone saying this game is hard, actually is one of the best game on PS3 (yet, GOW3 ftw (Y) ). Also it's nothing like halo, I just played a little multi and I have to say it's quite awesome. People were really nice just killing each other then showing there ass when you're bleeding to death.

So, it's probably a good thing my PS3/KZ2 haven't arrived in the mail yet, because CT is getting pounded by a Nor'easter. I'm working from home today, and If I had my PS3 I'd probably end up playing all day instead. :p I can't wait to join you guys online.

You are not the only one.

I have the feeling that to bring the Webpage back, they have disabled the display of stats.

Stats are probably on other servers, and the web loads them from the other DB.

Load the game up, your stats haven't been reset.

It's something to do with the website right now, they've been rebooting and tweaking things to make it work better.

I would, but I won't be home until later this evening. That's a relief though.

Anyone around for some action tonight? I've some catching up to do.

From the Killzone Twitter feed:

Afternoon everyone... We're still wrestling with the servers, but a fix for the stats/clan weirdness is in sight.

I didn't realise you had it already :p Thought you were gonna wait a few weeks, I also thought you liked the game :p

Was the plan to wait a few weeks but I wanted to get going while it was still new, in case it was the next big thing. The game is just a bog standard FPS that brings NOTHING to the table. Perhaps if the cover system was still in Multiplayer it might have been a bit interesting but, no. The single-player campaign is so "bleh", almost every level look a like and the story is a joke - You could play the campaign levels in any order and you wouldn't notice.

Not to mention the TF2 like MP system, oh how I hate that - I know some people love it but turrets, medics, flying thingies, stealth and what the hell they shovelled into the game - Get it the **** out of mah' FPS.

    • This is listed as a preview in WU for me. I usually don't grab them as previews; what's your opinion on it so far?
