I took some time and filled one in. Good luck with collecting, reading and especially following all member comments. Great way of thinking by adding a contest to the survey. You will get a lot more feedback this way.

However, how will the survey be looked at? I'm sure some people took some time to fill it in while others just quickly answer random stuff. I'm supposing the nicknames will be available to read to the staff members but how will the winner(s) be chosen?
