Lindsay Wagner, star of the iconic television series The Bionic Woman, will pay a house call to Syfy?s hit series Warehouse 13 Tuesday, August 17, at 9PM (ET/PT).

Wagner will portray Dr. Vanessa Calder, the in-house Warehouse 13 doctor who is responsible for treating the investigative team as well as the super secret governing body known as The Regents.

Said Jack Kenny, Executive Producer/Showrunner, Warehouse 13: ?Lindsay was a joy to work with and brought a wonderful and holistic charm to Dr. Calder. I hope to see a lot more of her in the Warehouse ? and so does Artie!?

Warehouse 13 is on a ratings surge, climbing four straight weeks among Adults 18-49, Adults 25-54 and total viewers. The most recent episode, Tuesday, August 10 ? which guest starred Tia Carrere (Wayne?s World) ? snagged, bagged and tagged 1.22 million Adults 18-49, 1.46 million Adults 25-54 and 2.8 million total viewers, the highest viewership since the July 6 premiere.

Warehouse 13 follows two Secret Service agents who find themselves abruptly transferred to a massive, top-secret storage facility in windswept South Dakota which houses every strange artifact, mysterious relic, fantastical object and preternatural souvenir ever collected by the U.S. government. The Warehouse?s caretaker Artie (Saul Rubinek) charges Agents Pete Lattimer (Eddie McClintock) and Myka Bering (Joanne Kelly) with chasing down reports of supernatural and paranormal activity in search of new objects to cache at the Warehouse, as well as helping him to control the Warehouse itself. Allison Scagliotti plays Claudia, Artie?s apprentice.

In addition to Wagner, Warehouse 13 season two guest stars include Tia Carrere (Wayne?s World), Jewel Staite and Sean Maher (both from Firefly), Neil Graystone (Eureka), Rene Auberjonois (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Paula Garces (Defying Gravity), David Anders (Heroes, 24), Faran Tahir (Iron Man, Star Trek), Nolan Gerard Funk (Drake & Josh), Philip Winchester (Crusoe) as well as WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes (Friday Night SmackDown).

While discussing Warehouse 13 and its eventual conclusion, show-runner Jack Kenny let slip that a third season of the Syfy series has already been ordered:

"Hopefully, a series finale is a long way off. In the meantime, Syfy is continuing the second season of "Warehouse 13," which continues to draw large numbers of viewers. And come Nov. 1, Kenny and his crew of writers will start all over again to figure out what will happen in an already-ordered Season 3.

"Last year, we left a bit of a mess, and we had to clean it up," Kenny said. "This year, we left a little bit of a mess that we'll have to clean up next year. Every episode we have an artifact that is the procedural part. Next year, we'll figure out what we want the characters to go through."

Has some good actors in it, and the main characters seem alright. Just finished watching the pilot, looks like it might become a decent series. Certainly wasn't boring and has a good start.

I just started watching Season one and it's on the quality of a B rated movie, as far as the acting. The plots are there, and story lines but the actors have yet to blend into their roles. It's just not the quality of of 24, White Coller, Eureka, Covert Affairs, etc...

It's supposed to be a super secret warehouse and look at all the people that know about it, and the possibility of some of these artifacts being taken at any time. They need to lock this down and get the actors to look at this as their last job.

I'm up to S01E06, so I'm hoping it gets better.

True Blood started out a little like this, but now it's all fitting in, the actors roles fit the actors, and it's something I look forward to watching every week.

Are you kidding, this is the best show out there. The characters are amazing and funny. Sure I up to the current episode, and the first season could not be as good but I am pretty sure I felt the same. And your upset about small details, COME ON!

    • In what way is any of what I said incorrect? To install an update you need to close all browser instances, upping it from once a month to once a fortnight is an inconvenience for users. Particularly when updates don't offer functionality that users want (notably copilot). Security updates should come as they are needed, not on a release schedule
