Wzor Reports On the Their Website that build 7600 is RTM

Is this real or fake ????

yeah i notice that too...lets see what happens!

they also said office 2010 beta 1 to be v14.0.4302.1000. i think by monday it would get confirmed when microsoft announces office 2010 beta.

Why do they bump the numbers up?

If the build numbers are just arbitary, then why not just let them increment up one by one?

Well they did the same for the RC

Yes, judging from the lack of aero I would say it has been installed in a VMware or Virtual PC virtual machine with 1GB allocated to it.

thing is, is this the actual FINAL RTM ? i see that its built on friday and friday was the day that they reported several show-stopper bugs.. dont you think this was 'the' attempt to get win7 done before the weekend but it failed?

im a bit sceptic about this tbh

Might be that the previous builds had several show stoppers and this build fixed them, also, do remember that any future bugs can be fixed with patches. So as long as the there is no bug that can stop the functionality/stability/reliability of the operating system, they can just RTM it and fix the bug in like a week or so
