Actually, if you cook it over 160 degrees (according to USDA, 170 if I were you), it should be fine... bacteria wise. I suspect it will still taste like ass.

In order to do a really fair test you need to test the last ounce in the bottle. That's where you get a true indication of whether it is any good or not. Just drink the rest to get it out of the way first.
