I also, shot Kol a note requesting his Seasonal shack as a Scene so that people like me who are using his seasonal shack as a desktop (see the desktop thread) can have a matching Neowin scene.. :happy:

I do believe the images have to be copyright free or completely free to use. I doubt anything containing logos or OS background come under that, unfortunately.

There's nothing stopping you using a Stylish rule in Firefox if you're desperate, but we have a brand to think of so we can't be allowing arbitrary images into the header that people could screenshot, share, and forever be associated with Neowin.

Using Stylish is more flexible anyway, you can do more than just supplying an image URL.
