For me its only a minor improvement but someone like DL who i was talking to when the Beta came out, i was running 1080 fine, MUCH better now, but fine before. DL couldnt get to 1080. Now he can, so the Retail / First Day Patch has been a big improvement over beta.

Either way, i love how its running.

P.S. Me and DL Both have the same exact card too, thats why we both found it weird.

Sikh, I just got the images from the Official site. On it there is a download towards the middle bottom to grab the Fan Kit for websites, that has a ton of images, etc.

And as I said the big reason I did better yesterday on the 360 was playing with friends in a squad. I will choose a keyboard and mouse any day any time as I am much more precise with it. Just found that even if I was in a squad on the PC, I was more or less on my own, but I guess that is what happens when you play with randoms, everyone is out for themselves.

Honestly Quad core makes more of a difference than the Video card. I am seeing a ton of people with 8800 GT's and Quad cores that run the game at max level with 30+ fps.?

My video card is somewhat old, but the rest of the machine is somewhat modern. My machine specs are in my sig. How well do you think it would do?

I'm playing the game on PS3 now and love it.

Your video card meets the minimum requirements so you're looking at low settings and low FPS. You'll want a GeForce GTX 260/Radeon HD 4870 at the least.

Really depends on how much you're willing to spend. For decent performance, I'd go for a Radeon HD 5770. You can get one for $149 on Newegg.

No worries I did not see it as being disrespectful at all. I was just explaining how on earth I could be better on the 360 than the PC, honestly it surprised me as well.

And I have not done an official benchmark yet, but yesterday I was getting between 55-85 FPS at 1900 x 1080 depending on what was going on. Strangely enough the FPS really dipped when I was indoors or on maps that were really tight with the buildings. I am more about really constant and good FPS rather than making it look perfect, but I am trying to find a happy medium of the two.

Once I settle on my final settings, as I am definitely still tweaking them a bit, I will post exactly what I am running and also do a FRAPS benchmark, just in case it can maybe help other people in some way. Will probably be a few days once I settle on my final settings.

Anyway, I realized I get 50 everywhere and 42 average on tight building controlled maps like Nelson bay. Haven't played all the maps but Nelson bay and the night one i've played besides valdez are epic. God I love this game so much.

I'm usually on around 10pm cst to 3am cst. Which means I'm always up when you ukers play.

I also understnad what your mean by the optimizing dl. I'm gonna continue to till I find a "perfect" set. Im happy ATM but I realize 1280x720 still depends on gpu. I want to find the ideal resolution that will run off gpu and let the CPU do the rest. I can't so 1080 because on my 24" it just doesn't look "big" to my eyes. My eyes get strained trying to read text. So that's why I don't do 1080.

I guess I will keep trying and wait for your benchmark and se what I can do.

Nice. Heard back from EA support and I am very happy as they actually were able to take care of my issue with 1942 and Vietnam on the Veterans site.

I did write them back and see if there was anyway we can get 1943 for the 360 registered as well.

But almost there with full veteran status. (Y)

You might be onto something there, because I definitely had the ammo box right away, and I know this as I have used the hell out of it, but it is still listed as my next unlock on assault???

So yeah, maybe they get that too as well? Really am not sure.

If you go to support.ea.com Log In and choose Email Us, You pick some items from the drop down menu and then you can eventually submit a question to tech support. Once you do it will show up under My Questions, and then they will email you back within 24 hours (although it took about 36 for me), and then you can reply to that email. You cannot just email them straight up, at least as far as I know.

Whatever you do do not choose the Live Chat option when you try and do the Email Us thing. I tried it twice yesterday, the first time I thought I somehow missed them responding, so waited another 30 minutes just for them to say once the ticker went down "Sorry, we cannot find an agent." Was total BS and a waste of time, so just choose next or however they word it.

And sure definitely man. I appreciate it no doubt and would love the aks74u code if you can get me one. Definitely Thanks. (Y)
