Woo got mine today (?22 from coolshop.co.uk inc p&p) just installing the update which is taking bloody ages to download, must be around 500mb,

NOTE: I have not tried it, I heard it mention on the Steam forums among other places but any VPN software should work.

I heard you can use the key you get through steam and download the game off the EA downloader, then you won't have to bother

with VPNs and whatnot.

Loving this game, particularly the Squad Deathmatch/Rush, much more tactical in my view. I usually play as Assault but often find myself providing Sniper cover for my buddies, taking out the opposing team's sniper, fun stuff :)

I turned on War tapes Tuesday night when I was reading about it and OMG!! Don't do it when you are in ventrilo working as a team and calling stuff out.. It turned the game up so loud I couldn't hear ANYONE on vent, and I was screaming to them thinking they couldnt here me ! ?lol?

War tapes brings an entirely new element to the game for sure. ?I have them brand new Klipsch Pro media's and wow, just wow.?

Thats dissapointing, keep getting "connection to game server has been lost" problem i was having in the beta that was supposedly fixed. Waste of £35.

Its nothing to do with VPN as i turn it off once steam is loaded. Its something to do with TCP Timeout but i have an o2 router that you cant modify anything like that. Not buying a router just to play this game i dont have this issue with any other game i play online.
