only at 19% and have had it for over a month now...what the hell? it seems like you guys really love this one, i just can't make the same connection i had with AC2. even Ezio isn't as impressive a character as he was back then, and he was really impressive to begin with.

what do you guys think of the MP on this one? anyone give it a try?

I don't play the MP so I dunno, but I love the new combo system, once you have it mastered going on massive killing combos and dodging attacks as you're in the process of killing another target is great stuff.

I did the truth today, collected some more flags and chests in the process. I think i'm up to 93% or something around there. A few of the missions I haven't gotten a 100% sync on though so that probably cuts into it somewhat.

I don't think so,

it only happened when he grabbed the apple which is what triggered it. Subject 16 was always locked up and never had direct contact with the apple, so I think it's Juno all the way. The thing now is what is going on exactly, why did he have to stab Lucy? It sounded by Subject 16s message in the truth that "she"isn't what you think. Was he talking about Juno or was it Lucy?

Got the game today, have played it for about an hour, but what is with the terrible white gradient at the top of the screen, it looks horrible, is it meant to look so bad or is it some sort of graphical glitch?

Got it for xmas and wow. Played for about an hour and the start drags out soooo much xD I don't like sequel games where you have to play a tutorial etc first.

Sometimes there is a really obvious White gradient from the top of the screen to about 3rd of the way down the screen for some reason.

Seems to randomly appear for no reason, I googled "brotherhood White gradient" and it seems there are a lot of others with the problem with no fix, just that it comes and goes.

I never noticed anything like that unless you mean when you move in and out of the map/menu or when you find a flag or something else where it sorta does that as it saves and then goes back to normal. That is if I'm thinking of the same thing you are, guess a screenshot wouldn't hurt.

Yeah - that happened to me too, i just thought it was light coming in from the window on to the screen.

It means your PS3 is about to blow up, you should stop and play more xbox.

The white gradient i think is due to unlocking an item in uPlay. That was the rumoured reason to why it was doing it in the first place. It can be annoying in certain areas though.

Its terrible personally, just always there at the moment and it really takes me out of the game, I had to turn it off when I got into some darker areas and it just looks silly.

I never had that as far as I can remember, but I also turned up my brightness a bit in the game iirc. But nothing like that on and off reapted bit you're getting.

Mine isn't quite that bad, it's just constantly there or not, it doesn't flicker in the video, but it is really annoying.

Someone probably is, but I played it for the SP and the SP alone. Once I finish the side misions and guild stuff then I'll be done with it fully. Bring on AC3!

Can you play this game without playing ACII? I've only played Assassin's Creed and didn't like the representativeness of it. But would like to give this game a try. :unsure:

It's a continuation of Ezio's story from ACII. Not sure why you don't want to start the story from the beginning. Unless you want to play the multiplayer..

Yeah you can play it. AC2 and AC:B are pretty similar and are different/better than AC1. So i would still recommend trying AC2 as that sort of sets the story and shows you how Ezio became the master assassin he is in Brotherhood. As great as the games are Assassin's Creed story is what is keeping me hooked.

I agree, the story is great so you should give AC2 a go because AC:B doesn't cover any of what happened before so you'll be lost really.

Only reason I ask is because Target has AC:B on sale this week for $40... I think AC:2 is like $30 or so at Gamestop.

I got both games at full price, heh, I think it was worth it imo.
