Was forced to update my rig this week after a failed PSU (OCZ M600) took mobo (GIgabyte UD3-P) and CPU (Q9550 4GHz)...RIP the Q9550!

Anyway, here's the new stuff: i5 2500K @ 4GHz, 8GB XMS3 (9-9-9-24-2T 1600MHz), MSI P67A-G45-B3, Corsair HX750W.

The rest remains as was (GTX460 Asus Top edition, Xonar Essence STX, 4.5TB storage)

I'll take this off after a few days when the novelty wears off :p

Here's my current workspace. Wish I could have less cables on it. Click on it to go to Flickr for photo notes.

I had that monitor and I liked it. Dunno why I sold it really.

I can so see the need for multiple monitors. Everything I do is web based mainly. Apart from the odd few things like Calc,MSN, Spyware/Anti Virus etc. I presume those of you who have done it have used the arms how easy is it to set up those?

Since taking this shot I've moved my desk back around to my usual setup, with my laptop on its cooler and my monitor as my primary display. Usually when studying etc. and making notes I'll have a reference/lecture notes on one display and OneNote on the other.

I love how colour-coordinated your workstation is. Nice, soft and neutral! Kinda the complete opposite to my sharp and saturated one.
