After a long wait, Bungie will finally reveal Destiny 2 gameplay footage

After months of teasing its latest title, Destiny 2, Bungie will finally give folks a glimpse of actual gameplay footage. The livestream will take place today at 10am PT. Destiny 2 arrives on Sept 8.

There was something bittersweet about the official announcement of Destiny 2. While we knew it was coming due to Activision's confirmation on an earnings call in February, there wasn't much substance to Bungie's initial announcement or even with their follow-up when they showed off the game's reveal trailer. Luckily, the developer will now give us a bit more, with a livestream that is taking place today.

After a long wait, we will finally be able to see some gameplay footage, which will be shown on the official Destiny web page starting at 10am PT. If interested, you'll want to head to the source link below. There are high expectations for Destiny 2, since the original was one of the top-selling titles for 2014.

Those interested can now pre-order the game in a number of different editions for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC - starting at $59.99. Perhaps best of all, those that pre-order the game will gain access to an early beta. Destiny 2 will be released on September 8.
