Apple sale in Australia hints at Black Friday deals

A one-day sale in the Apple store has sparked rumors that the company might be running a Black Friday promotion on their product lines in America this Friday.

With Black Friday looming on the horizon of the end of Thanksgiving, a conveniently timed one day sale by Apple in Australia appears to hint that the company may do a Black Friday promotion in America this weekend.

The Verge reports that the sale has seen a drop of $105 from the MacBook line, including the entire lineup. iPads have dropped $41 and the iPod touch is $31 cheaper. Sure, it's not a large discount, but Apple isn't known for their sales promotions either.

There are other various sales in the store, with many accessories seeing a drop of up to $11. If you're looking to get new Apple gear, this Black Friday may be your opportunity to get it for lower than the full price.
