AT&T to get three new LTE Windows Phone devices, Verizon Lumia 710 in April

A new image and more information has surfaced about Microsoft's plans to re-take the US marketplace. Sources indicate three new devices to AT&T and one to Verizon.

A crop of new rumors and images have surfaced recently that begin to tell Microsoft's story about how it will retake the US marketplace. Up first is Paul Thurrott saying that AT&T will get three new Windows Phone devices. Paul states, "Nokia ACE, HTC Radiant, and Samsung Mendel--will ship on AT&T Wireless before the middle of 2012. The ACE is due March 18, 2012." Also being reported is that Verizon will get the Lumia 710 in April as well, giving T-Mobile a three month exclusivity with the device; the Verizon Lumia 710 will not support LTE.

The image you see above was picked up by The Verge who independently states that the HTC Radiant and the Samsung Mendel will be available in ealry 2012 which ties nicely to what Paul has indicated with his own information.

The exact specs of the devices are still unknown but it looks like Windows Phone fans will get their 4G fix in 2012. It is expected that many, if not all of the devices mentioned, will be shown off at CES. With the trade show only a few weeks away, this may be the start of many rumors to break before the January onslaught of announcements.
