Enter the Gungeon joins the Xbox Play Anywhere lineup on April 5

Enter the Gungeon made its debut on the PC nearly a year ago and now it is finally coming to the Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs as a Play Anywhere title.

The official Xbox YouTube channel describes the game as:

Gunfight dungeon crawler following a band of misfits seeking to shoot, loot, dodge roll and table-flip their way to personal absolution by reaching the legendary Gungeon’s ultimate treasure: the gun that can kill the past.

As you can see from the video above, it is fairly chaotic and action packed. Players will be able to select a hero and battle their way through multiple levels filled with enemies, traps, and bosses. While there is certainly a lot of shooting, players will also be able to discover treasures, secrets, and also purchase various upgrades to help them along in the game. The recently released 'Supply Drop Update' will also be included.

Enter the Gungeon will join other Play Anywhere titles such as Halo Wars 2, Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3, ReCore, and a few more. The current lineup includes nine titles with several others to be added in the near future.
