Gamesindustry.biz has posted a rather scathing statement by Mark Rein, VP of Epic Games. In Mark Rein's "opinion piece" he pretty much blasts Intel for destroying the PC Gaming market by flooding the retail sector with sub par integrated graphics and praises Microsoft for attempting to save the PC Gaming market.
The interview, originally posted on Eurogamer, a sister site to Gamesindustry.biz is a video interview. As I said earlier, Mark Rein holds nothing back here, blasting Intel. He also talks about Gears of War (look for a major announcement sometime soon, speculation says it's about Gears of War and a release date) and UT2007 as well.
Head on over to Eurogamer and watch the video. Do you agree with his statements? Do you think Intel is really responsible for destroying the PC Gaming market? Do you think Microsoft can save it? Do you think I ask to many questions? Let us know.
