Last week, Microsoft unveiled a range of devices, including the new Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, its flagship Windows 10 Mobile handsets. As part of that announcement, the company also revealed its first 'Designed for Microsoft Lumia' partners - third party manufacturers offering accessories for its devices with an official Microsoft stamp of approval.
Mozo showed off its premium rear covers for the 950 and 950 XL at Microsoft's event last week, but it stopped short of announcing pricing for its premium accessories. However, pricing has now been revealed, and pre-orders are expected to open soon.
Mozo has listed the black, white and leather options on its site, priced at €48.50 EUR (roughly $55 USD) each - but the red version that Microsoft mentioned during its announcement does not yet have a listing, although there are some references to it on the site.
The product descriptions for the covers confirm that they will support both wireless charging and NFC on the devices:
- Genuine leather
- Premium finishing with vacuum metal coated polycarbonate
- Easy charge with QI wireless charging included
- NFC included
- Removable back cover (replaces Microsoft´s original cover)
According to WMPU, pre-orders will open this week for the covers, but it's not yet clear when Mozo plans to begin shipping.
