Join Razer's cult by purchasing the gold variant of its latest smartphone

The Razer Phone was released towards the end of last year and was a smartphone built for gamers that featured a unique 120Hz display, dual front-firing speakers, and top of the line specifications. Those that were quick enough to purchase from the initial batch were rewarded with a limited edition model with a green Razer logo on the rear, instead of the standard black colorway. Now there is a new version, accented with gold, that will also be available in limited quantities.

With Chinese New Year on the horizon, the company's golden accented handset will carry its traditional black exterior, but will be highlighted with gold around the logo on the rear. Judging by the photos, the phone will come in an impressive red box that is gilded in gold with the firm's logo, two red envelopes, and also a letter welcoming the purchaser to the "Cult of Razer".

Luckily, the phone will not carry a premium price due to its gold accents, instead being sold for the standard price of $699.99. Available to buy directly from Razer's online store.
