The Xbox Wireless Controller family is being expanded by two more variants this year, with Microsoft today announcing the Phantom Magenta and Arctic Camo special edition controllers. Alongside the duo, a couple of matching Xbox Pro Charging Stands are also incoming from Controller Gear.
Arriving as the third controller in the Phantom line following the White and Black variants, Phantom Magenta Special Edition controller carries the iconic translucent design that covers half the body. The controller will be available from March 17 and pre-orders are available now for $69.99. Controller Gear's matching Pro Charging Stand will be available from local stores and some online retailers on the same day.
Meanwhile, the new Arctic Camo Special Edition is the second edition sporting the Camo name following last year's Night Ops design. This controller will be available sometime in May and pre-orders are once again available for $69.99. The matching Pro Charging Stand from Controller Gear for this edition will be available in select retailers starting April 27.
Just as all other Xbox Wireless Controllers, the two Special Edition variants announced today come with support for the Xbox One family of consoles, PCs, mobile devices, as well as the upcoming next-generation Xbox Series X console.
