Forza Horizon 6, the latest entry in Microsoft's popular racing franchise, is launching in less than a month. To celebrate the occasion, Microsoft announced a unique, exclusive controller-headset combo with a custom design inspired by Forza Horizon 6 and its aesthetics.
Like the Forza Horizon 5 Special Edition gamepad from 2021, this year's controller features a transparent cyan top case that lets you peek inside to see the internals. It is also sparkled with pink, silver, and bright green accents, with a portion of the game's map across the controller. It is one of the in-game Touge roads, narrow roads in the Japanese mountains, which many consider the birthplace of drifting. On the back, you get two-toned, rubberized diamond grips for a more comfortable gaming experience.
Like all other Xbox Wireless controllers, the Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition connects via Bluetooth, Xbox Wireless, and a USB Type-C wire. It is powered by two AA-sized batteries, which last up to 40 hours on a single charge. There is also a dedicated Share button and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
Microsoft also unveiled a special edition charging dock in partnership with 8BitDo. It comes with a rechargeable 1,100 mAh battery pack and a special door with pogo pins for charging (full charge in about three hours).

As for the headset, it also features a custom Forza Horizon 6 design inside and out, plus custom sound effects for turning the headset on/off, pairing devices, muting/unmuting the mic, and more. The headset supports spatial sound, and it connects to PCs and Xbox consoles via Bluetooth LE.

The Xbox Wireless Controller and Xbox Wireless Headset Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition are now available for preorder. The controller costs $89.99, the headset costs $134.99, and the charging dock will set you back $34.99. All three will be available on May 19, 2026.
