MSN threatening XP Communities

I manage one of the largest and succecfull MSN communities on XP (22,500 members)

This morning a couple of managers of MSN communities on XP, received an email telling to remove XP logo's and other copyright graphics in 48 hours or else it MSN will shut the community down.

I don't understand why MSN is doing this. What is the harm of free XP advertising on these non-profit communities.

Like I said I'm not the only community but also other XP communities recieved this email
