Neowin Forums being upgraded (now back online)

It's time to upgrade our forum software to the latest version of Invision Power Board, hopefully with no shenanigans this time around! We're all still on IRC though.

The forums are being upgraded from Invision Power Board 3.2.2 to 3.2.3 at the moment, so the forums are temporarily unavailable for the time being.
