Netflix continues European expansion with three more countries

Netflix has announced that it will be launching in three more European markets in October 2015.

After addingsix more countries in Europe last year, Netflix has announced that it is now headed towards Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Outside of Europe, the popular streaming service was recently launched in Australia and New Zealand as well.

The newly announced countries will be offered the original Netflix shows in addition to movies, specials, and other localized content at launch. The service will be accessible from all Internet connected TVs, tablets, smartphones, and gaming consoles when it launches in October.

Users who wish to be informed about the subscription plans and launch dates can register at netflix.com for alerts.

With new original shows and record viewership across 50 countries, Netflix is pushing towards becoming a truly global streaming network and aims to be present in 200 countries in the future.
