For consumers who weren't sure whether a foldable phone would have any practical use for them, Samsung recently offered a promotion in the U.S. that allowed them to return their Galaxy Z Fold2 or Galaxy Z Flip 5G within 100 days of purchase if they had a change of heart. Now, the company is bringing a similar offer to its UK customers.
Samsung announced today that you can get your money back within two months after you've purchased a Galaxy Z Fold2 5G or Galaxy Z Flip 5G and later decided you don't want to keep it any longer. This promotion is valid for any purchase made between March 24 and June 22 via Samsung's online storefront and its participating retailer partners such as Argos, Carphone Warehouse, and more. The good news is that you can trade your foldable phone in for its full purchase price if you're not satisfied with it. Currently, the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G retails for £1,599 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5G for £1,299.
However, the return policy will apply only if you've actually paid the full retail price of the device, of course. In addition, the handset must be in the same condition when it was bought to be eligible for return.
